One-time payment
- Federal payment — 400 000 ₽ (Указ №644)
- Regional payment (Moscow) — 1 900 000 ₽
- Total upon signing — up to $31,000
Military mortgage (NIS)
- Savings of ~330 000 ₽/year on the housing account
- Right to a preferential mortgage after 3 years of service
- Targeted housing loan — up to 3 700 000 ₽
- The state repays the mortgage during service
Leave and travel
- Main leave — 30 days (from 45 days with 10+ years of service)
