One-time payment
- Federal payment — $5,600 (Decree No. 644)
- Regional payment (Moscow) — $26,000
- Total upon signing — up to $32,000
Contract term
- Minimum term — 1 year
- Standard options: 1, 3, or 5 years
- Extension possible by mutual agreement
- Upon discharge — allowance of 2 to 7 salaries
Military mortgage
- Savings of ~$4,600/year on the housing account
- Right to a preferential mortgage after 3 years of service
- Targeted housing loan — up to $52,000
- The state repays the mortgage during service
Leave and travel
- Main leave — 30 days (from 45 days with 10+ years of service)
- Additional leave for participation in combat — up to 15 days
- Free travel to the place of leave and back
